经空心螺钉钢丝内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴Schatzker A型骨折的疗效分析

Effect of internal fixation with hollow screw and wire tension band in treatment of Schatzker A type of olecranon fractures

目的探讨经空心螺钉钢丝内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴Schatzker A型骨折的疗效。方法 2008年4月至2012年11月我院采用空心螺钉及钢丝加压固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴Schatzker A型骨折32例,观察骨折愈合、功能恢复情况及术后并发症。结果本组所有病例骨折愈合良好,无内固定物松动及断裂现象。结论经空心螺钉钢丝内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴Schatzker A型骨折符合生物学固定原理,具有操作简单、固定牢靠、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of internal fixation with hollow screw and wire tension band in treatment of ulnar olecranal fracture .Methods Eighty two patients with Schatzker A type of ulnar olecranal fracture treated from April 2003 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed .The fracture healing time , functional recovery and postoperative complications were analyzed .Results All cases had good healing without loose of internal fixation and fracture phenomenon .Conclusion The oper-ation method consists with the principles of biological osteosynthesis and has advantages of simple operation ,reliable fixation and fewer complications .It＆#39;s worthy of promotion .
