摘要 血小板生成素(thrombopoietin,TPO)及其受体c-Mpl是骨髓造血特异性调节因子,主要表达在造血干细胞、祖细胞、巨核细胞、血小板表面。TPO与c-Mpl结合可通过激活酪氨酸蛋白激酶/信号转导子和转录活化子(JAK/STAT)、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/Akt)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(Ras/MAPK)等信号通路传递信息,促进巨核细胞增殖、分化以及血小板形成。TPO与c-Mpl还参与心肌损伤、神经修复、血管再生、性激素分泌和免疫调节等多项生理过程。本文简述TPO及其受体结构,阐述其信号传导过程研究进展。
