在现代社会中,文献资源具有数量庞大、增长迅速、形式复杂、文种多样、内容广泛等特点。只有通过不断积累、开发和利用,文献资源才能凸显其自身价值。因此,公共图书馆应在注重收集、组织的基础上,适时对馆藏体系进行评价和分析,加强对本馆文献资源的建设,重视馆藏资源建设的开发利用。

In modem society, literature resources＇ features are as follows： the number of literature is large, it increases rapidly, its form is very complex, it has various genres and its content is very wide. Only when the literature resources are accumulated tapped and employed incessantly, can literature resources show its value. Therefore, public library bibliotheca should be evaluated and analyzed properly; besides, we should strengthen the construction of literature resources and stress the employment of them.
