Experiences and Advices to the Establishment of Financial-credit County of Mountain Areas

良好的金融信用环境是经济健康发展的基本保证。贵州省凤冈县统一思想、加强领导,健全守信激励与失信警戒等机制,着力整治金融信用秩序,加大不良贷款的清收力度,优化金融生态环境,积极开展金融信用县的创建工作,有力地促进了农民增收和县域经济的发展,成为贵州省第一个成功创建的"农村金融信用县"。文章论述了凤冈县创建金融信用县的基本做法、成效和建议。

Good financial credit environment is the basic guarantee of healthy economic development. In establishing financial credit county, Fenggang County did a great deal in the founding of financial policy and the system of rewards and penalties to rectify orders of financial credit and strengthen the work of taking back bad loans. By optimizing its financial ecological environment, farmers＇ income was increased and the county＇s economy was developed. Thus, Fenggang became the first countryside financial credit county in Guizhou Province.
