摘要
职业倦怠现象产生的深层次原因是图书馆制度建设的薄弱。图书馆应建立或完善职业准入制度、继续教育制度、内部沟通制度、馆员评价制度和激励制度来缓解馆员的职业倦怠。本文分析了因这些制度的缺失或偏差而导致的职业倦怠,并对如何执行这些制度提出了建议。
Occupational burnout is quite common in lots of libraries. Libraries should establish or improve their systems of occupation admittance,continuing education,internal communication,librarian evaluation and incentive to alleviate librarians' occupational burnout. This paper analyzed the occupational burnout of librarians due to lack or deviation of system construction and provided some suggestions on how to carry out these systems.
