中华大蟾蜍粗蛋白质与脂肪含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 用凯氏定氮法(Kjeldahl)和索氏抽提法(Soxhlet)分别测定中华大蟾蜍不同生长发育阶段的蛋白质及脂肪含量。结果表明:在蛋白质的测定中,成体组织中肝脏组织的蛋白质含量最高,肌肉组织、皮肤组织次之;不同生活史时期的蛋白质含量比较中,大历期蝌蚪最高,小历期蝌蚪其次,幼蛙最低。在脂肪的测定中,肝脏组织含量最高,而皮肤组织的含量高于肌肉组织中的含量。研究结果为中华大蟾蜍的进一步研究提供了一定的参考数据。 We chose Bufo gargarizans as experimental model to examine and compare the protein and fat contents of this species at different life stages, using the Kjeldahl and Soxhlet extraction methods. The results showed that protein contents measured from adult samples was highest in liver and lowest in skin, whereas those measured from larvae samples were highest in high developmental stage and lowest in toadlets. We also found that fat contents were highest in liver and lowest in muscle. These findings should provide us with some valuable information for further study of B. gargarizans.
