摘要
针对高校科技统计年报表的统计要求,提出高校科技统计指标的三级评估等级,并以某高校近5年的科技统计部分指标数据为例,详细地分析高校科研能力与发展趋势,其统计指标分析结果为高校科技管理制定更客观和实际的激励对策与意见提供科学的参考依据。
A system of 3-level college sci-tech evaluation index was proposed based on the requirements of colleges annual sci-tech statistics report. The development of a college in its sci-tech capacity was analyzed in detail based on part of its statistical data gathered in recent five years. The analysis is intended to provide a more scientific reference frame for colleges in their formulation of incentive measures.
