电大“一村一名大学生”培养模式的统计研究——以浙江广播电视大学遂昌分校为例

A Statistical Research on Education Mode for Achieving “A College Student in One Village”

社会主义新农村建设需要千千万万的新型农民,中央电大"一村一名大学生计划"和浙江电大"农民大学生培养项目"的实施正迎合了这一时代发展的需要。浙江广播电视大学遂昌分校自2006年春季开始全面实施中央电大"一村一名大学生计划",2007年开始实施浙江电大"农民大学生培养项目",至今已经培养了241名毕业生,取得了基层电大办学经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。结合遂昌电大办学实践,分析电大"一村一名大学生计划"的办学成效和存在问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。

The project of a college student in one village implemented by China Central Radio ＆ TV University and the project of farmer students implemented by Zhejiang Provincial Radio ＆ TV University cater to the need for new farmers posed by the socialist rural construction in China. Since the implementation of the two projects respectively in 2006 and 2007, Suichang Branch of Zhejiang Provincial Radio and TV University has already had 241 graduates and achieved considerable economic and social benefits. In this paper, the effect and the problems of the project of a college student in one village are analyzed based on the situation of Suichang and some countermeasures are proposed.
