党的十六大以来,科学发展观逐步深入了党心民心,并且已成为发展中国特色社会主义的指导思想。从根本上说,科学发展就是实事求是的发展、遵循规律的发展,实事求是正是科学发展观的理论精髓。随着实践的发展,应当把实事求是纳入科学发展观的内涵之中,突出强调其在科学发展观中的重要地位,明确将实事求是作为科学发展观的理论精髓,使科学发展观的内涵更加丰富和完善,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Since the 16th National Congress of CCP,the Scientific development conception has been recognized and comprehended by all the party member and all the people,and has become a thought-guidelines for the socialism development with the Chinese characteristics.Basically,the scientific development must follow the thought of seeking the truth from the fact and advocate the esteem of obj ective law according to the request of the scientific development conception,so,the essence of the scientific development conception is the thought of seeking the truth from facts.In the course of practice,in order to enrich and perfect the connotation of the scientific development conception as well as to enhance the theoretical significance and the practical value of the scientific development conception,the thought of the seeking truth from fact should be brought into the connotation of the scientific development conception,and its important position in the scientific development conception should also be highlighted,the further study should also make it clear that the thought of seeking the truth from the fact is the essence of the scientific development conception.
