The relation between the non-state-owned enterprises’professional trade union chairman appointed by the later and superior trade union has the feature of principal-agent.Based on principal-agent model,through the payoff matrix,the strategy profile of the non-state-owned enterprises＇professional trade union chairman serving as an agent can be clearly analyzed,and then relevant recommendations about optimizing the pattern of the non-state-owned enterprises＇professional trade union chairman can be proposed.
