发达国家新能源汽车产业政策对我国的启示

Analysis of New-energy Automobile Industrial Policies in Developed Countries and Its Implications to Our Country

当前,鼓励和推广新能源汽车成为发达国家制定汽车工业产业政策的重点目标。文章深入探讨了美、日、欧等国新能源汽车发展状况,对发达国家新能源汽车产业政策进行了对比;借鉴发达国家经验,提出了我国发展新能源汽车产业的战略选择。

Currently,the development and application of new-energy vehicles has become one of the main goals of auto industrial policies in many countries.This paper makes a thorough exploration of the current situations of new-energy vehicles in the United States,Japan and Europe and some other developed countries and meanwhile,compares their policies in new-energy vehicles industry. Based on the experience of the developed countries,the paper puts forward four measures of de-veloping new-energy vehicle industry in China.
