摘要
全球化时代,各种信息的广泛传播,文化交流越来越多,文化负载语的翻译成为译者面临的一个问题。一种语言的所谓"文化烙印",只能在另一语言的参照对比下才能显现。揭示不同语种各自的特色正是翻译的功能之一。本文就文化负载语英汉汉英互译的合理方法进行了归纳总结。
With globalization,information of various kinds spreads quickly and cultural communication has become more frequent.How to translate culture-loaded words and expressions poses a problem to translators.The “cultural mark”of one language shows up when contrasted against another.This essay summarizes the reasonable approaches to the translation of such culture-loaded words and expressions both from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English.
