干休所保健护士老年护理能力现状与培训需求调查

Geriatric Nursing Capability of Nurses in Cadre's Sanatoriums and Their Training Needs

目的了解干休所保健护士的老年护理能力现状,以及对继续教育培训内容及教学形式的需求,为干休所护士继续教育的科学化、合理化开展提供科学依据。方法自行设计"干休所保健护士护理现状与学习需求调查"问卷,对由83个干休所选送并参与培训的骨干保健护士共163名进行无记名调查。包括老年护理能力现状、老年护理知识培训需求、教学形式需求等。结果干休所保健护士的老年护理能力普遍较低;对老年急危重症患者救护知识与技能(65.0%)、老年病情观察能力(60.8%)、老年保健护理新知识、新业务、新技术(60.1%)、老年用药知识(60.1%)、老年心理护理(58.3%)等方面的培训内容需求较大;在教学形式上,以课堂理论讲授与临床观摩与见习相结合,论文写作与答辩作为最终考核方式的需求较大。结论注重加强干休所保健护士的老年护理能力,合理设置培训内容,科学设计教学形式,进一步落实保健护士培训的实用性。

Objective To understand the status quo of geriatric nursing capability of nurses in cadre ’s sanatoriums and to explore geriatric nursing training content and methods for them. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 163 nurses in cadre’s sanatoriums. Results Generally, nurses presented poor capability in geriatric nursing and they preferred trainings about knowledge and skill of medical aid for elderly critical patients, illness observation, new achievement in geriatric nursing, medication knowledge, geriatric psychological nursing. Regarding to training methods, the combination of lectures and clinical practice, thesis writing and dissertation topped the list of nurses ’ favorite. Conclusion It is important to improve geriatric nursing capability of nurses in cadre’s sanatoriums. A practical training should involve comprehensive training content and scientific teaching methods.
