穴位按摩缓解产妇分娩疼痛随机对照试验的Meta分析

Effect of Acupoint Massage on Labor Pain Relief of Puerperae: A Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

目的：综合评价穴位按摩法在产妇分娩过程中的止痛效果。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、PubMed等数据库中1979年1月1日-2012年5月30日公开发表的文献，使用Review Manager 5.0.24软件进行数据分析和处理。结果共检索到文献51篇，根据文献纳入标准共入选7篇文献。相对于对照组，干预组即穴位按摩可以有效缓解分娩疼痛（RR=1.92，95%CI：1.44-2.57，P〈0.01）。结论产妇分娩时对其进行三阴交、合谷等穴位按摩可以有效缓解疼痛，且操作安全可靠，无不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect of acupoint massage on relieving labor pain of puerperae. Methods Literatures in CNKI, VIP, CBM, PubMed and other databases were searched from January 1, 1979 to May 30, 2012 and the randomized controlled trial was enrolled and Review Manager 5.0.24 was applied for data analysis. Results Seven of the fifty-one studies were recruited, which showed that acupoint massage reduced paining （RR=1.92,95%CI：1.44-2.57,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupoint massage can effectively relieve pain, which is safe, reliable and without side effects.
