昆明市流动人口子女教育现状研究

Status Quo Research of Kunming Migrant Children Education

随着昆明市社会经济的不断发展和城市发展的需要,进城务工的流动人口及其子女不断增加,流动人口子女教育权利保障问题也愈发突出。尽管经过努力,就读的外来务工人员子女人数逐年上升,安排在公办学校就读的人数比例也逐年提高,但存在的问题仍然严峻,解决这些问题仍需各方的不断努力。

With the continuous development of Kunming social economy and development of the city, the inflow population of urban migrant workers and their children is increasing, and thereby the security problem of their children＇ s education rights is increasingly outstanding. Despite efforts to arrange the yearly increasing number of migrant children to attend the public school, the problem is still severe. To solve such problem still needs continuous efforts of all parties concerned.
