高校教师行为对教育教学质量影响的调查分析

摘要 采用问卷调查的方式,对陕西理工学院管理学院的480名学生进行调研,以探讨高校教师行为(技能水平、人格魅力、着装)对教育教学质量的影响。结果显示,人格魅力对教育教学质量的影响较为突出,会影响学生良好人格的形成和教学的良性发展;技能水平对教育教学质量的影响很关键,是提高教育教学质量的根本保障;着装对教育教学质量也有一定影响,它会影响学生审美观的发展和课堂学习效果。因此,高校应高度重视并认真做好教师行为的规范化管理,以促进教育教学质量的不断提高。 In order to discuss the impact of teachers'behavior such as skill level,personality charm and dress on students'behavior,the paper makes an investigation on 480 students in School of Management,Shaanxi University of Technology by means of investigation and statistics. The results indicate that personality charm mainly influences on educational and instructional quality,and the formation of per-sonality of students and benign development of education. Teachers'skill level has a key impact on the students' skill learning, which is the basic safeguard of high-quality education and teaching. Teachers'dress has a certain impact on the students,which will influence on the building of students'aesthetic standard and classroom learning effect. So university must carry out scientific management of teachers'be-havior,to promote the improvement of educational and instructional quality.
