摘要 1瘦素的生理功能 瘦素是脂肪细胞产生的多功能蛋白，除在肝脏和脂肪细胞表达外，在胎盘、乳腺、卵巢、子宫内膜、睾丸、胃、下视丘、垂体中也有表达。瘦素为脉冲式分泌，有昼夜节律。女性血清瘦素水平比男性高2～3倍，闭经后降低。瘦素有许多生理功能，
