地方本科院校应响应国家教育部规划纲要提出的"促进高校办出特色,建立高校分类体系,实行分类管理"、"地方本科院校要立足服务区域经济发展和社会事业发展,向培养应用型、技术技能型人才转型"的号召,电子商务物流人才培养要准确定位培养目标,合理设置教学内容、产学研协同创建实践教学环节和师资队伍,培养社会所需的高级应用型人才,以促进区域经济发展.

Undergraduate colleges should respond the call＂to promote the college unique, universities clas- sification system and category management should be established＂, ＂undergraduate colleges should transform to educate application and technical ability personnel for area economic development and social development＂. Logistics personnel education should locate the training objectives accurately, set up a reasona- ble set of teaching content, create practice teaching and teacher team with enterprise and research department , bring up the high-level application-oriented students for community needed, to promote regional economic development.
