摘要
集热器测试系统利用两级温控,采用PID控制方法,把进水温度的漂移控制在±0.2℃以内;利用变频器采用位置式PID算法进行控制,将流量控制在±1%的精度范围内.对热管式真空管太阳能集热器进行了瞬时效率的测试,通过测试,证明了此种集热器热效率高,有广泛应用的前景.
A two-stage control system of temperature is designed,an PID controller is adopted in the testing system of solar collector. The drift temperature of water intake is controlled within±0.2℃. The small given flux is controlled by a transducer using PID algorithm. The flow precisin scope is controlled within ± 1%. The heat pipe evacuated tubular collector is tested,the instantaneous efficiency curve is obtained. It is proved that this kind collector has high efficiency and widely application prospect.
