现代城市是人类文化的渊薮和现代文明的集萃,更是文化先锋的试验田、文艺时尚的风向标。现代城市文化生态健康与否直接关系着整个国家文化建设的成败,在中国"大转型"的时代尤其要注重城市文化生态的养护与改善,真正贯彻整体性的"科学发展观"和永续性的"生态思维"。全球化的正面价值是人类文化不断提高其内在的"文明总量",但它又常常在人类文明不断减少其外在的"文化差异"的过程中,遮蔽人类文明可能的前进方向、甚至湮灭人类更好的生命形态。如何在增加人类"文明总量"的同时尽量保持"文化多样化",既是全球化时代人类的共同课题又是中国新型城市化亟待解决的难题,这事关"文化正义"的匡扶与"文化正能量"的有效释放,对于尽快扭转中国现代化进程中的"文化瘸脚"与"文化生态失衡"至关重要。

The modem city is an integration of mankind culture and modem civilization. It is the more trial field of the culture vanguard and the wind vane of culture and art. The modem city culture ecology concerns the cultural construction throughout the country. In the change time the town cultural ecology is more attached to, the view of the ecology consideration and the scientific advance outlook is on the orbit. The positive value of globalization is the total volume of mankind culture which can obstruct the going forward direction of mankind civilization, even clearing out the better life from mankind. How to keep the culture diversification in the world is the key issue of new urbanization in China. This issue is releasing of ＂the culture justice＂ and ＂culture positive energy＂.
