摘要
超高模板支架作为高大构件,水平荷载特别是风荷载对支架体系的整体稳定性承载力的影响十分明显。通过大型有限元软件ANSYS建立符合实际工况的模板支架体系模型,设定不同的支撑高度,对整体模板支架体系经行一系列的对比模拟。模拟中施加风荷载为更加符合实际的动力荷载,采用动力学的方式,模拟风荷载对模板支架体系的整体稳定性承载力影响效应。建议在进行模型分析和稳定性承载力计算时要考虑风荷载的影响。
As the high structure,the horizontal load,especially the wind load,has significant influence on the whole stable bearing capacity of super-high fastener-style support formwork.Based on the large finite element software ANSYS,the paper established a high formwork support system in different supporting height according to actual working conditions,and a series of theories analysis and calculations to the model were performed.It also simulated effects of dynamic wind on fastener-style support formwork with the method of dynamics.Finally the effects of model analysis and calculation of stability bearing capacity to wind load were suggested.
