摘要
为完善和发展锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的计算方法,基于混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀后,锈蚀钢筋的截面损失、力学性能下降,钢筋和混凝土之间的粘结性能退化,钢筋锈胀力导致混凝土锈胀开裂等因素,将造成钢筋混凝土梁的承载能力及整体刚度都会有所下降的事实。借鉴已有的研究成果,得到了钢筋不同锈蚀率对钢筋混凝土梁中钢筋与混凝土间协同工作的影响公式,并结合现有的关于钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的规范计算方法,建立了锈蚀双筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的计算模型。最后,利用所建立的计算模型对已有的试验成果进行了验证分析,结果表明,所建立的的计算模型能够与试验结果较好地吻合。
The present study aims at developing and perfecting the calculation method of corroded reinforced concrete structures.Corrosion of steel bar in reinforced concrete structures will lead to the reduced section,loss,mechanical properties of corroded steel bar,the bonding property deterioration between steel and concrete,and the corroded expansion force will result in concrete cracking,which will lead to the decrease of the bearing capacity and integral rigidity in reinforced concrete beams.Therefore,based on the previous research results,a formula was obtained about the effects of the steel corrosion rates of steel on the coordination of concrete and reinforced concrete beam,combining with the standard calculation method of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams,apractical calculation model of the flexural bearing capacity of corroded double reinforced concrete beams was established.Finally,through analysis and comparison of the existing test results using the calculation model,it was found that the calculation model was consistent with the experimental results.
