摘要
阐述分布式光纤测温技术的基本原理,分析灌注桩在水化热过程中桩身温度分布与其完整性的关系,提出基于分布式光纤测温技术的灌注桩完整性检测方法。开展现场试验,采用一套可行的光纤铺设方案,对测得数据进行修匀处理,得出试桩浇注完毕后的5组桩身温度分布曲线。试验结果表明:桩顶至35m段桩身完整性较好,35m至桩底段桩身存在不同程度的离析,但5次测量的桩身温度分布曲线变化趋势一致,整体温度突变不大,整个桩身没有严重的缺陷。
The basic principle of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology was described in the paper.A new integrity detection method was proposed based on the relationship between the integrity and bored pile temperature distribution in the course of hydration.A field test was carried out,using a set of feasible optical fiber laying scheme.Five groups of pile temperature distribution curves were obtained after pouring with the smoothing of measured data.Test results show that the integrity of pile top to 35msection is good,and 35mto pile bottom section of the pile body have different degrees of segregation,but five curve trend of pile body temperature distribution is consistent.The overall sudden temperature change is not big,and the whole pile has no serious defects.
