摘要
为了提高电磁超声检测系统的检测效率,首先使用ADS电路开发软件设计阻抗匹配电路,而后利用MULTISIM仿真分析软件对所设计的阻抗匹配电路进行仿真分析,最后采用相应的电磁超声检测设备进行物理实验。研究结果表明:相比较于未经阻抗匹配设计的电磁超声检测系统,经过阻抗匹配设计后的检测系统,检测效率更高,实用价值更好。
To improve the efficiency of Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Testing(EMAT) system, the system was designed with impedance matching circuit. First, ADS software was applied to design impedance matching circuit system. And MULTISIM, the simulation analysis software was used to conduct simulatiion analysis of the impedance matching circuit. The corresponding equipment of the EMAT was applied to conduct the physical experiment. The results show that. compared to the EMAT system without impedance matching design, the testing system with impedance matching design can achieve higher testing efficiency and he more practical.
