未成年人前交叉韧带体部完全断裂的修复方法 被引量：2

摘要 未成年人的前交叉韧带损伤占同期住院未成年人膝关节病的26．9％。有人认为，未成年人骨骺未闭合，韧带重建用传统的方法，胫骨隧道钻孔势必损伤骨骺生长板，造成对未成年人的生长影响、旋转及成角畸形。因此对于未成年人前交叉韧带断裂的治疗，主张先保守治疗，待骨骺闭合完全后，再行前交叉韧带重建手术。也有人认为，
