摘要
建立了水源热泵冷水机组主要部件的方程,结合实例对冷水机组的制冷和冷凝热回收两种运行工况进行了损失和效率的计算,并对比分析计算结果,可知机组的效率由38.1%提升至43.5%,从能源质的角度表明了水源热泵系统中运用冷凝热利用技术的节能性。另外,结合生活热水制备中的工程实例,计算冷凝热回收与燃气锅炉及电加热等传统热水制备方式的运行能耗,分析冷凝热回收在生产生活热水中的节能效益,得出热回收系统相比于另外两者的一次节能率均达90%以上,节能效果明显。
The paper builds exergy equations of each component of the chiller, and with a practical project, the total exergy loss and efficiency in different modes are calculated based on the equations. The energy saving effect is shown in aspect of energy quality by comparing and analyzing the calculating results, which show the exergy efficiency rise to 43.5% from 38.1%. Besides, energy consumptions in different hot-water-producing methods, which include gas-fired boiler and electric boiler systems, are analyzed based on a practical project to display the energy saving benefits of recovery heat application, which gets an energy saving ratio over 90%.
