摘要
以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锡及锡合金废料中的微量元素金。为消除测定过程中各种杂质干扰,采用铅试金法富集样品中的金,实现金与主体锡和其他杂质的分离,通过灰吹后得到金银合金,再以稀硝酸——王水溶解金银合金,在5%的盐酸介质中,以空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锡及锡合金废料中的金含量。本方法相对标准偏差小于1.5%,加标回收率大于98.0%。
A flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method was described for the determination of trace Aurum in tin and tin alloy wastes. In order to eliminate the interference of various impurities in the process, Aurum is concentrated and separated from tin and tin alloy samples by process, then an Au-Ag alloy is formed after an ash blowing procedure. The alloy is dissolved by dilute nitrate - aqua regia solution, and aurum is analyzed by air acetylene flame atomic absorption spectroscopy in 5% hydrochloric acid medium. The relative standard deviation is less than 1.5% and the recovery of standard addition is .qreater than 98%.
