基于加权综合评价的大客车传动系参数优化

摘要 本文提出了一种基于加权综合评价的大客车传动系参数优化方法,即采用归一化处理的动力性影响因子和燃油经济性影响因子分别加权后相加作为综合优化目标,并以与传动比相关的各档速比间隔要求和客车的动力性要求作为约束条件。以某型大客车为研究对象,采用Matlab建立整车动力传动系统模型并加以验证其正确性。在此基础上,联合OPTIMUS优化软件,建立了大客车传动系参数优化模型,并对其动力传动系统进行优化求解。研究结果表明:该优化方法切实可行,兼顾汽车动力性的燃油经济性的综合匹配优化效果明显。 This paper proposes a method of transmission system parameter optimization about bus based on weighted comprehensive evaluation. Immediately, using the weighted sum of the normalization process- ing' s dynamic performance and the fuel economy factor influencing factors, respectively, as a compre- hensive optimization goal and taking the requirements of the transmission ratio relevant gear ratio spacing and the requirements of bus power as its constrain condition. Taking a bus for the study, using the Matlab to establish the vehicle power train model and verify its correctness. On this basis, it combines the optimi- zation software OPTIMUS with Matlab, the bus power train parameter optimization model is established and optimizing its power train. The results show that: the method of optimization is feasible; the comprehen- sive optimization effect is obvious when it takes the power of the car' s fuel economy into account.
