摘要 目的 借助循证医学的方法 了解空气污染对儿童变应性鼻炎的影响。方法 检索Pubmed、Science、Springer、Elsevier、万方数据库(Wanfang data)、维普数据库(VIP)查找关于空气污染对儿童变应性鼻炎患病率影响的文献.同时追索纳入文献的参考文献。采用Revman5.2软件对各研究结果 合并分析。结果 共纳入9篇Cross-Sectional。Meta分析结果 显示空气中二氧化氮、二氧化硫、臭氧、颗粒物浓度增大与儿童变应性鼻炎患病率之间相关[(OR=1.12,95%CI1.03-1.22)、(OR=1.26,95%CI0.92-1.72)、(OR=1.09,95%CI1.02~1.17)和(OR=1.03,95%CI1.01-1.04)]。结论 儿童变应性鼻炎的患病率和空气质量有关,空气污染严重的地区,儿童变应性鼻炎的患病率较高。 Objective To clarify the relationship between air pollution and the prevalence of allergic rhinitis among children. Methods Pubmed, Science, Springer, Elsevier, Wanfang data, VIP were searched for relevant studies. Adjusted odds ratio with corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) for the association between air pollutants and allergic rhinitis were retrieved from individual studies and pooled to generate summary effect estimates in Revman 5.2. Results 9 studies were included in the meta-analysis. Exposure to nitrogen dioxide (OR=1.12, 95%CI 1.03-1.22) suffur dioxide (0R=1.26, 95%CI 0.92-1.72), ozone (OR=1.09, 95%CI 1.02-1.17) and particles matter (OR=1.03, 95%CI 1.01-1.04) were positively associated with a higher incidence of allergic rhinitis among children. Conclusion Persistent exposure to air-pollutants may increase the prevalence of allergic rhinitis among children.
