With the continuous expansion of the scale of vocational educational institutions, teachers become the main force of young teachers, their training quality is directly related to the development of schools, affecting quality of training medical students. Therefore, for the present situation of young teachers and vocational problems discussed their professional development path, continuing medical education will effectively promote, coordinate, healthy and rapid development.
