摘要 以某汽车零部件装配车间为研究对象。根据国内外汽车行业物流特点,分析生产物流系统存在的问题,搭建汽车底盘零部件装配物流配送的静态数学模型,对静态物流配送方案进行仿真实现,通过不断调整物流方案及仿真验证,最终实现提高物流效率的目的。 The automotive component assembly workshop is taken as study object. According to the characteristic of the logistic status of automotive industry around the world, the problem of the production system has been found and the static mathematics model of the logistic distribution can be defined. With the logistic simulation based on computer technology, the basic solution is optimized and enhanced to improve the logistic efficiency finally.
