摘要 介绍了自行研制的满足 IEC 61000—4—2标准要求的静电放电模拟器测试系统。在测试系统中使用了极高输入阻抗的高压电压表测量静电放电模拟器的静电高压,提高了静电高压测量准确性;在使用四通道高速取样示波器测量静电脉冲波形中,由于使用了脉冲延时输入与合成迭加的方法,提高了脉冲波形测量的取样率,使测得的脉冲波形更加真实,提高了脉冲波形参数测量的准确性。 A measurement meeting IEC1000-4-2 of testing ESD simulator specification is described. In the system we used a high voltage voltmeter which has very high input impedance to measure electrostatic voltage. So that the measured voltage is accurate. We used simultaneously of digitizing real-time oscilloscopes with four channels to collect the ESD curve. Because methods of pulse delay input and pulse synthesizing are used, the equivalent sampling rate is increased and a more realistic ESD curve is achieved. So we can get accurate parameters of ESD curve.
