摘要
目的了解临床护士工作满意度情况,识别影响临床护士满意度的因素。方法便利抽样法选择新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院1337名临床护士,采用自行设计问卷对其进行工作满意度调查。结果 1337名临床护士各维度工作满意度依次为:护理管理为(31.85±4.56)分,临床护理为(19.92±2.83)分,长效机制为(62.69±11.54)分,绩效管理为(21.93±5.05)分;不同年龄、性别、科室、婚姻状况、职称、能级、工作年限、每天分管患者数的临床护士工作满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同民族、学历、职务、岗位的临床护士工作满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论临床护士工作满意度总体处于中等水平,应有针对性地给予护士人性化的关爱及心理调适;同时,需要合理配备人力资源,并大力推广移动信息系统,以多方面提高临床护士工作满意度。
Objective To understand the clinical nurses'job satisfaction level, and to identify the influen- cing factors of clinical nurses' satisfaction.Methods A total of 1337 nurses from clinical departments were randomly selected and assessed by using a self--designed satisfaction questionnaire. Results 1337 nurse's satisfaction level towards each dimension were: nursing management was 31.85±4.56 points, clinical nurs- ing was 19.92±2.83 points,long-term mechanism was 62.69±11.54 points,performance management was 21.93 ± 5.05 points, respectively.There was statistical significant difference of satisfaction level among clini- cal nurses from different groups categorized by age, gender, departments, marital status, title, level, work- ing years, the management number of patients everyday(P 〉0.05) ;There was no significant difference of satisfaction level among clinical nurses from different groups categorized by nation, academic background, position,post(P〉0.05).Conclusion The satisfaction of clinical nurses was located at the middle level. Nurses need more humanizative care and psychological adjustment,and the hospital need to equip with hu- man resources reasonably to popularize the mobile information system ,and improve clinical nurses job satisfaction level from several perspectives.
