养阴清热化瘀法结合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓30例

Combination of “Nourishing yin, clearing heat and resolving stagnation ” method and triamcinolone acetonide for oral lichen planus: a report of 30 cases

目的观察养阴清热化瘀中药结合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予曲安奈德局部注射,治疗组同时加服养阴清热化瘀中药。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及主要症状体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和50.0%,组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状体征积分均明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴清热化瘀中药结合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated with triamcinolone acetonide, and treatment group was added with Chinese medicine of nourishing yin, clearing heat and resolving stagnation effect orally, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and symptom score were obsm＇ved. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 50.0% in control group, with a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the difference in symptom score was reduced significantly in each group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined Chinese medicine and triamcinolone acetonide has positive effect on OLP.
