温肾清利法治疗慢性尿路感染疗效观察

Clinical observation of kidney-warming and disinhibiting therapy for chronic urinary tract infection

目的观察温肾清利法治疗慢性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法将50例慢性尿路感染患者随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组用敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组在敏感抗生素基础上加用温肾清利方药治疗,疗程6周。观察两组临床疗效和中医证候积分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组为76%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组主要症状积分和症状总积分均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组小便频数等症状积分和症状总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论温肾清利法可提高慢性尿路感染的临床疗效,改善症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kidney-warming and disinhibiting therapy for chronic urinary tract infection. Methods Fifty subjects were randomized into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sensitive antibiotics, and the treatment group was treated by kidneywarming and disinhibiting therapy arut sensilive antibiotics, with a course of six weeks. The clinical efficacy and symptom scores were observed. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 76% in the control group; the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the main symptom scores and total scores were decreased in both groups（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , and the score of frequent urination in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Kidney-warming and disinhibiting therapy helps chronic urinary tract infection and improves its symptoms.
