十字交叉缝扎法结合中药外敷治疗腱鞘囊肿48例

Combination of cross suture ligation and external application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of ganglion cyst: a report of 48 cases

目的观察十字交叉缝扎法结合中药外敷治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法将96例腕背腱鞘囊肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。两组均给予十字交叉缝扎法治疗,治疗组同时结合中药外敷治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.92%,对照组为79.17%;两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十字交叉缝扎法结合中药外敷治疗腱鞘囊肿临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cross suture ligation and external application of Chinese medicine in treating ganglion cyst. Methods Ninety-six cases with ganglion cyst were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by cross suture ligation therapy, and treatment group was added with Chinese medicine externally. Results The total effective rate was 97.92% in the treatment group and 79.17% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined cross suture ligation and external application of Chinese medicine has positive effect on ganglion cyst.
