内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗混合痔临床研究

Combination of ligation and stripping operation and anorectoplasty for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的观察内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组采用内扎外剥术加肛门成形术,对照组采用内扎外剥术,观察两组临床疗效、疼痛评分及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第5天及第12天治疗组疼痛评分较对照组降低(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗混合痔可减轻术后疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ligation and stripping operation and anorectoplasty in treating mixed hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and sixty cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 80 cases were treated by ligation and stripping operation and anorectoplasty, and control group in which 80 cases were treated by ligation and stripping operation. The clinical efficacy, pain score and healing time were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 5 days and 12 days treatment, the pain scores in treatment group were lower than that of the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The healing time in treatment group was less than that of the controls （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ligation and stripping operation and anorectoplasty can alleviate the postoperative pain and shorten the healing time in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
