摘要
为防止或限制某白钨矿山采空区大面积塌方和地表沉陷,矿山对采空区进行了全尾砂胶结充填。该矿山根据尾砂粒级组成和胶结充填材料强度的试验结果,设计了全尾砂胶结充填系统的工艺流程,采用立式砂仓对低浓度全尾砂浆进行沉淀脱水形成高浓度全尾砂浆,将高浓度全尾砂浆、散装水泥及适量调浓水混合连续搅拌均匀后制备成充填料浆,经充填钻孔及井下充填管路自流或者加压输送至采场空区进行充填,并解决了一些胶结充填过程中的具体问题。
In order to prevent or limit the landslides and goaf subsidence of a scheelite mine, this paper backfills the mine gob with whole tailings. Technology process of whole tailings backfill is developed according to the tailings grain size composition and testing results of Cemented filling material strength. Whole tailings mortar of high concentration is formed with low concentrated precipitated dehydration. Filling slurry is prepared by continuous mixing high concentrated whole tailings backfill, bulk cement and darker water. Some concrete problems are solved by fill drilling, underground piping artesian filling or pressurized air delivered to the stope fill areas.
