摘要 仲钨酸铵的分解过程会受到原料APT结构、温度、气氛、分析方法等因素的影响,其热分解过程直接影响产品质量。综述了国内外采用热分析方法(TG-DTA/DSC)结合X射线衍射分析(XRD)、质谱分析(MS)以及红外光谱分析(FTIR)等实验手段所得出的仲钨酸铵在不同气氛下分解过程的研究成果,并对文献中的差异做出了解释。文章认为该过程可分为四个阶段,前三个阶段分别为释放结晶水、释放氨气形成无定形化合物和释放氨气、水蒸气形成铵钨青铜(ATB)产物,第四个分解阶段为ATB分解成WO3的过程。 The thermal decomposition of ammonium paratungstate in different atmosphere is discussed. The thermal decomposition is characterized by four steps, including crystal water release, ammonia leaving behind anamorphous compounds, ammonium tungsten bronze formation, WO 3 crystallization. The decomposition of ammonium paratungstate plays an important role on tungsten powder particle by conducting the industrial production of different particle size of tungsten powder.
