休闲在人与生活、社会、自然的关系中,彰显着"自由"和"娱乐"的特质。休闲价值融入到我国普通高校体育范畴,其社会文化意蕴可阐述为:休闲价值主导下的高校体育进一步生活化;休闲体育中强调的"娱乐"和"游戏机制"成为高校体育发展的内驱力,它反映一种主体价值选择的自觉;休闲价值引领的高校体育是一种社会行为存在。

Leisure has the characteristic of liberty and recreation in people＇ s connection with life, society and nature. The leisure value has been categorized to the college physical education in our country. The following are its social and cultural connotations. Firstly, with the influence of leisure value, the college physical education is more life -oriented; secondly, the recreation and game mechanism in which the leisure sports highlight has become the driving force in the college physical education, and this reflects the consciousness of the students＇ choice; lastly, the college physical education which is leaded by leisure value is one of the social behaviors.
