存在主义疗法的释梦观

Theories of Dream Interpretation of Existential Therapy

释梦是心理治疗的重要技术,存在主义将梦的诠释从梦对我们意味着什么转移到做了梦我们可能意味着什么。目前,随着存在主义疗法日益受到重视,有必要对其释梦观有所了解以便更好地在理论和实践中加以应用。本文重点梳理了帕尔斯、德兰妮、厄尔曼和雅罗姆有代表性的存在主义释梦观点,并对其他一些存在主义释梦观也进行了回顾,最后探讨了它的实质及其使用时的注意事项。

Interpretation of Dreams is an important technology of psychotherapy. The existential therapy made ther- apists interpret dreams from what dreams mean for us to what happened to us from dreams. At present, the existen- tial therapy is becoming more of a concern, it is necessary to understand the theories of dream interpretation of ex- istential therapy in order to better apply them in theory and practice. This paper focused on the theories of Perls, Delaney, Ulman and Yalom, then had a brief review on other representative perspective of existentialist, and fi- nally discussed the essence and use of the theories of dream interpretation of existential therapy.
