摘要
职业卫生与职业医学是预防医学专业的主干课程,在该课程部分章节教学中开展以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL),以提高学生的学习兴趣和加深其对知识点的掌握。授课中选取具有一定开放性及难度的问题,组织学生查阅文献、分组讨论、汇报总结。通过课后教师与学生交流,学生普遍反映,PBL教学锻炼了自身发现问题、查阅资料、分析判断、推理总结等综合能力。而针对教学实践中暴露出的问题,教师应做到细致、公正地评价每个学生在PBL环节中的表现,并在教学中正确引导学生把握研习方向。
Occupational health and occupational medicine is a main course of preventive medicine. Problem-based learning(PBL)was practiced in partial chapters of occupational health and occupational medicine course aiming at improving student's studying interest. Problems with certain degrees of openness and difficulty were selected, and students were organized to review literature, discuss in groups and report in class. The students responded in the feedback that PBL improved their comprehensive ability in discovering problem, reviewing literature, analyzing problem and reaching the conclusion. Basing on the problems in the practice of PBL, more detailed and impartial standard should be established in evaluating student's mark and the right direction should be held throughout PBL.
