摘要
通过实验和分析证明 ,在带滑环伺服系统并由气浮轴承支撑的高准确度惯性器件测试转台中 ,因滑环系统跟踪主轴所产生的误差和位置传感器零位安装误差的存在 ,造成两轴系之间输电导线弹性变形力矩对主轴的干扰比空气轴承的干扰更大。
A fact is proved in high accuracy inertia component test turn table with slip ring servo system and air bearing by experiments and analyses . It is that elastic deformation torque of wires between two axes which is caused by the error of slip ring system tracing the main axis and the zero position installing of position transducer, has much more disturbance than that caused by air bearing upon the main axis.
