为解决毛葡萄利用传统硬枝扦插及嫁接的繁殖方法成活率低的问题,项目组通过不断的实践和改进,利用组培快繁结合苗圃育苗技术形成了完整的‘野酿2号'两性花毛葡萄种苗繁育体系,本研究从组培苗培育、组培沙床假植-嫩枝沙床扦插假植-生根苗营养杯假植三步假植育苗法、假植施肥、假植病虫害防治管理4个方面阐述了‘野酿2号'两性花毛葡萄育苗的综合技术,利用本技术,可在短期内大量生产、供应优质健康种苗,提高毛葡萄生产的经济效益。
