摘要
以曼地亚红豆杉的2个品种为插穗,采用容器化育苗的方式进行繁殖,通过不同的ABT浓度、不同木质化的枝条,研究其对曼地亚红豆杉生根率的影响。结果表明:200 mg/L ABT浸泡30 min插穗处理效果最好,达到73.61%;秋季扦插繁殖,处于半木质化、较为粗壮的枝条有利插穗愈伤生根。
The branches of two cuhivars of Taxus media were used as cuttings. The effect on the rooting rate with the different concentration of ABT and the different xylem branch by container nursery were studied. The results showed that the treatment with 200 mg/L of ABT for 30 minutes was best, the rooting rate can reach 73.61%. It is beneficial to rooting with strong and half-xylem tender branch in autumn.
