局部热疗联合维A酸和重组人干扰素治疗扁平疣的临床疗效研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月至2013年12月在皮肤科进行治疗90例扁平疣患者,按随机分组原则分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者使用维A酸配合重组人干扰素进行治疗,实验组患者在对照组用药的基础上加用局部热疗进行联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗的总有效率为62.22%,明显高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.88%和6.67%,P>0.05,差异无有统计学差异。结论局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素治疗扁平疣,有明显提高治疗效果,疗效可靠,副作用较小,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To study the efficacy of local hyperthermia combined with vitamin A acid and recombinant human interferon in treatment of warts. Methods A total of 90 patients with warts in this hospital during April 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into ex-perimental and control groups,each group with 45 cases . Patients in control group were applied with vitamin A acid and recombinant human inter-feron therapy,and patients in experimental group were treated by drug combination therapy as in control group plus local hyperthermia. The treat-ment course was 15 d,and the results of efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared after treatment for 4 courses. Results The to-tal effective rate of experimental group was 62. 22%,and it was significantly higher than that(40. 00%)of control group( P 〈0. 05),and the difference was significant;and the rates of adverse reactions in experimental group and control group were 8. 88% and 6. 67% respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Local hyperthermia combined with vitamin A acid and recombinant hu-man interferon in treatment of flat warts can significantly raise the therapeutic efficacy with fewer side effects,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
