燃煤链条炉排锅炉结渣实验研究

摘要 针对上海某厂一台燃煤链条炉排锅炉结渣情况进行了实验研究和分析。对于结渣主要区域炉拱,分别于前、后炉拱不同位置进行了灰渣取样,通过形貌和元素分析,有效地说明了炉拱不同位置结渣严重程度的不同原因及与燃烧工况和煤种的关系;对于炉膛飞灰含碳率测试表明,该链条炉排锅炉析出的飞灰一般靠近床层处含碳率较高,而对比炉拱灰渣含碳率基本为零。同时观察到灰渣内部疏松多孔,可见含碳飞灰黏附在炉拱上后仍会继续燃烧。 Experiment research and analysis on slagging of a coal-fired chain grate stoker boiler were carried out. To the main area for slagging, the slag samples were obtained respectively in the different position of the front and rear arch. Through morphology and element analysis, effectively explained different reasons of the slagging in different positions and relationships with coal combustion conditions and characteristics. The furnace fly ash carbon content text showed precipitati- on of the fly ash carbon content was higher near the bed in general, otherwise the furnace arch ash carbon content was about zero. At the same time, the ash internal was porous. As a result, the fly ash with carbon would continue to burn on the arch.
