参芪地黄降糖颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察参芪地黄降糖颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将98例早期DN患者随机分为2组,均予常规治疗,治疗组52例加服参芪地黄降糖颗粒,对照组46例加服氯沙坦钾片,2组共治疗8周。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效,并记录2组治疗前后临床症状积分、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24h尿蛋白定量、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Cr)等。结果治疗组总有效率88.46%,对照组65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后临床症状积分、UAER、24 h尿蛋白定量、Ccr及Cr均下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论参芪地黄降糖颗粒可改善临床症状,延缓早期DN的进程,对DN有较好的防治作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Jiangtang granule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN), Methods All the 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were given c:onventional treatment, the treatment group of 52 cases, which received oral Shenqi Dihuang Jiangtang granule ; 46 cases in control group received oral Losartan Potassium Tablets. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.2 groups were observed before and after treatment, and compare the clinical symptom score and urinary protein excretion rate (UAER), urinary protein, creatinine clear- ance rate (Ccr) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , serum cre- atinine (Cr) changes. Results The total effective rate was 88.46% in treatment group and 65.22% in control group; there was significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, clinical symptom score and UAER, urinary protein, Ccr and serum creatinine (Cr) were decreased, as compared with the control group were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Jiangtang granule can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce early DN in patients with UAER, Ccr, Cr levels, delay of early DN process, has better therapeutic effects on DN.
