红果参叶中总黄酮的提取工艺初步探讨 被引量:14

摘要 目的:研究红果参叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:利用单因素和正交试验,考察提取时间、乙醇溶液体积分数、液固比3个因素对总黄酮得率的影响。结果:红果参叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:85%(体积分数)的乙醇作为提取溶剂、提取时间10 min、料液比1∶30(g/mL)。在此条件下,总黄酮提取率可达4.76%。结论:乙醇超声法可用于红果参叶中总黄酮的提取,其中料液比对提取率的影响最大。 Objective: To select out the optimal extraction procedure, the extraction time, ethanol con- centration, and solvent consumption were adopted, as the factors to determine the optimum conditions for detecting flavonoids in the leaves of Campanumoea lancifolia ( Roxb. ) Merr. with UV spectrophotometry. Results: The optimum extraction process was 85% (volume fraction) ethanol concentration, 1 : 30 (g/mL) solid-liquid ratio, 10min of extraction time. With this understanding the extraction rate is the highest, which can reach 4.76%. Conclusion: optimizing the extraction process of total flavonoids in the leaves of Campanumoea lancifolia ( Roxb. ) Merr. can provide a reference for further research of fla- vonoids of Eucommia.
