摘要
提出了一种简单实用的抑制内置式永磁同步电机的纹波转矩的电机设计方法。基于强调气隙磁通谐波的转矩纹波解析式优化设计了V型永磁转子拓扑结构及其参数,实现转矩纹波的最小化,并通过有限元仿真验证其正确性。基于样机测试的反电势波形对实际输出转矩进行了计算预测,有限元仿真结果和实验预测结果基本吻合,说明该方法对减小纹波转矩是可行的。
This paper proposed a practical method for minimizing torque ripple in an IPM synchronous motor design by optimizing the one-layer V-shape rotor topology. The optimization was performed using an analyti- cal expression for the torque ripple which was based on the interaction between the stator and rotor flux den- sity, and the results were validated with finite-element analysis. A prototype was constructed and preliminary test results were shown. The estimated torque waveform which agrees well with simulated torque waveform was obtained based on the measured back-EMF.
